Implementation
IMPLEMENTATION: This is the point where you deliver the training to your client and it is implemented enterprise-wide.
What does the Implementation consist of?
Implementation Plan: A plan is created on what needs to be accomplished to deliver the training to the customer and implement it enterprise-wide. This plan may include the creation of needed materials along with the preparation of the environment and the learners. The plan is then executed.
Instructor Training: The designer creates a document that provides the instructor with an explanation of how the course is run. Sometimes a meeting is held between the designer and instructor to discuss the course in real time.
Evaluation is the final step in the process. So what is Evaluation anyway?
