Development Phase
DEVELOPMENT PHASE: When the documents you've created in the Design Phase are expanded into actual content, then authored or programmed, they create a training product. The delivery method and environment will depend on what needs to be created. You could create a simple paper product to a complex Computer/Web-Based product.
What does the Development Phase consist of?
Design Documents: The documents you created in the Design Phase.
Tools: Anything that will aid in the creation of the training product, such as software programs or digital cameras.
Team: Those individuals who are skilled and knowledgeable in the tools needed to create the training product. The team is invaluable, for without them the product would not come to a respectable light.
Outline Assessment:A detailed document that specifies how you will assess all the aspects of the training, such as the learner, the delivery method, the instructor (if applicable), and the instruction itself.
Pilot Implementation is the next step in the process. So what is Pilot Implementation anyway?
